Undergraduate and graduate applicants can now get the opportunity to counter the high cost of tuition. Bocconi University will offer to its successful candidates a waiver of about  € 6,000 every year, which is about 50% off the whole tuition fee.

As an international student, the costs of living, accomodation, travel and many others, may be an hindrance to studying at the Bocconi University. But, with this scholarship program, international candidates who eventually get awarded, can now study without having these aforementioned issues in mind.

Deadline

The Bocconi Merit and International Awards does have different rounds and unfortunately, all rounds for this session have been closed. The last round for graduate applicants closed on the 9th of June, while the one for the undergraduate applicants closed back on the 14th of April, 2022.

2. Padua International Excellence Scholarship Programme

The University of Padua is another great choice for furthering your education in Italy as an international student. If you do not have the financial abilities to study there, the Padua International Excellence Scholarship Programme has got your back.

The Veneto Region alongside the University of Padua and other organizations regularly provide funding opportunities for students. The scholarship program will offer to its successful candidates a waiver of the tuition fees and also a subsistence allowance of €8,000.

 

Each year, there are over 50 awardees, you can be part of them.

Eligibility

You can join in and apply for the Padua International Excellence Scholarship Programme if you:

Do not reside in Italy.

 

Do not have an Italian citizenship (exceptions are for dual citizenship including Italian).

 

Are willing to pay the pre-enrolment fee which is € 30, by the closing date for application.

Hold a non-Italian Bachelor’s degree or a non-Italian upper secondary school certificate.

3. University of Bologna Study Grants for International Students

If you wish to study for the Single Cycle,  First Cycle or the Second Cycle Degree  at the University of Bologna, here’s your opportunity.

 

The University of Bologna Study Grants for International Students is a scholarship program that has been helping lots of international students with study interests. As a successful candidate, you get the chance of receiving wholesome offers like tuition fee waivers (Unibo Action 1) and study grants of about €11,000 gross (Unibo Action 2).

The University of Bologna Study Grants for International Students are targeted towards students who obtained their qualifications at institutions outside the Italian educational system.

 

Eligibility

You can join in and apply for the University of Bologna Study Grants for International Students if you:

 

Have qualifications for admission issued by any institution that does not belong to the Italian educational system.

Are not current students at the University of Bologna.

 

Have met the admission requirements for the chosen degree programme
